About the role: We are currently seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join our Global Transformation Company. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various projects within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within the allotted timeframe and budget, while meeting the highest quality standards. This is a highly visible and challenging position that requires exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Hospital & Health Care industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • PMP certification (preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Coordinate and lead project team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and resolve project risks and issues, and escalate as appropriate.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
