As a global organisation spanning 65 countries and one rooted in a culture of growth, opportunity, diversity and innovation, LSEG is a place where everyone can grow, develop and fulfil your potential with meaningful careers.ROLE PROFILE:The Corporate Affairs & Marketing (“CAM”) organisation acts as a strategic partner to the LSEG business, powering commercial value through an insight led approach that maximises the impact of our investment and our relevance in the market.We are evolving our project management team in the CAM function to support strategic, cross-team initiatives that are critical to delivering our Group and Divisional strategic objectives. You will lead a variety of complex small to medium scale CAM projects and ensure smooth delivery on time, in budget and within scope and to meet agreed project outcomes and expectations of senior executives across the Group.The successful candidate will report into the CAM Enablement/COO team and working in close partnership with the leadership team members and senior project sponsors.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:• The Project Manager is a highly visible position across CAM and LSEG and will play a leading role in planning, coordinating and delivering a variety of strategic projects for the department.• Coordinate and lead workstream owners from across the CAM function (and across LSEG) to join up key deliverables in support of overall business objectives• Define and manage the project plan and workstreams for assigned cross-functional projects• Ensure the appropriate operating rhythm is in place for all assigned projects, based on assessment of scale and complexity• Organize and chair working groups/project team meetings, agendas and track actions at a project-level. Ensure the day-to-day activity of the various workstreams are also tracked, are on target and any issues are escalated and communicated.• Play an important role in connecting across the workstreams so that deliverables are considered holistically by project sponsors• Create and maintain supporting materials for projects for use in internal executive briefings and checkpoints.• Define the project plan for assigned CAM cross-team projectsWHAT YOU’LL BRING:• Significant experience working Project Management role in the area of corporate affairs• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages to audience and appropriate for senior executives. Writing and editing (English language) excellence is a must-have.• Significant collaboration experience, including at a senior level and across various functions and business areas• Strong cross-functional team engagement and collaboration skills• Proven track record of delivering projects spanning multiple teams and deliverables• Initiative-taker with positive, proactive and confident presence with ability to empower, motivate, influence, and maintain credibility with senior management.• Ability to discuss highly confidential matters with discretion and professionalism• Ability to deal with change and ambiguity and focus on solutions• Demonstrates the ability of planning, organising and managing resources and activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe, budget and standards.• Broad business knowledge with a good understanding of financial services and the London Stock Exchange Group, the market it operates in and its strategic objectives.
