Description:

Our client, specialises in providing fast and short term working capital loans for businesses in all sectors and are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager.
Bi-lingual and ability to speak Mandarin is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Project Planning: Outline project objectives, strategies, and scope based on thorough feasibility studies and market analysis to validate project viability.
  • Financial Oversight: Formulate and oversee project budgets, tracking expenses diligently and pinpointing cost-saving opportunities. Closely monitor project finances, expenses, payments, and cash flow. Regularly update stakeholders on the project’s financial status.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and challenges. Devise robust strategies for risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Procurement Management: Direct and manage the bidding and procurement process efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Deliver consistent progress reports to stakeholders, encompassing status updates, financial summaries, and risk evaluations.

Job Requirements;

  • Degree Holder
  • More than 8 years of relevant industry experience
  • Proficient in business negotiations
  • Drafting construction contracts
  • Full process supervision experience on project site.
  • Familiar with applying for construction start permit and completion acceptance report.
  • Proficient in reviewing construction drawings
  • Proficient in project cost budgeting
  • Understand the construction materials market
  • Strong comprehensive management capabilities.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin
  • Possess Australian PR permanent residency
