As Project Manager - Technology, you will be managing technology-based projects and provide project management services - project analysis, execution and delivery - for the Portfolio Delivery team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

  • PMP/PMI certified.
  • At least 5 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Hands-on experience in project resource planning, reporting, prioritisation, and budgeting.
  • Experience leading projects within and outside IT, as well as projects that have involved external providers.
  • IT financial management and organisational change management processes competence.
    Overall, you will need to be a self-motivated individual with the ability to build collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and decision makers. You are a customer focused professional that’s driven to exceed expectations by providing solutions to problems. Responsibilities:

  • Drive program and project governance (including reporting, management of RAID and change, and working groups) and interface with governance groups, vendors, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Develop project resourcing strategies to ensure optimum support for projects and associated day-to-day operational activities.
  • Leadership and soft-skills to drive strong engagement of stakeholders, develop high-performing cross-functional teams and achieve a collaborative partnership culture that encourages accountability.
  • Identify and create project plans for project, portfolio, and product prioritisation and implementation.
  • Evaluate the trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value.
  • Be passionate about making a difference by helping to improve delivery practices and mindsets and championing governance and delivery models to achieve delivery excellence.
