Overview:
MISSION Made is a Digital Production & Development Studio that provides services to businesses within The MISSION Group; a collective of creative marketing agencies across UK, Europe, North America and South East Asia. Our main capabilities are UX/design, development, SEO, video production, technology innovation and project management.

Role:

  • Be a key member of Made’s Delivery Team helping to ensure efficient and commercially robust operations, ways of working and delivery of projects
  • Receive enquiries and new briefs from Agencies, engaging with relevant colleagues to ensure they are processed in a suitable and timely manner
  • Manage jobs through the entire process, being responsible for creating proposals, scopes, estimates and timing plans with support from relevant colleagues
  • Ensure Project teams are adequately briefed daily
  • Build great relationships with our Agencies, being the lead contact for active projects and keeping them up to date with the status of all their work
  • Ensure Agencies follow the correct processes and ways of working with Made
  • Work with the Production Administrator to help them schedule and traffic work for Made Design, Development and Content teams
  • Attend weekly production meetings, providing updates on all of your current projects and resource requirements
  • Provide early identification of any upcoming challenges for the delivery of work. Be alert to all types of risks across resourcing, scope creep/change, quality control, 3rd party relationships, project dependencies and broader commercial considerations. Work with relevant colleagues to find solutions and mitigate any negative impact
  • Develop a detailed understanding of our core scheduling, project and information systems (JIRA Software/Service Management, Confluence, Float, easl) ensuring accurate reporting and efficient operations.
  • Brief work into external freelancers, contractors, partners and other MISSION colleagues for work that can’t be delivered by Made staff
  • Where relevant, assist with the on-boarding of Mission Agencies to ensure they understand how to work with Made

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • A good understanding of Waterfall, Agile and Lean processes
  • An interest in digital marketing and communications, with an emphasis on website development
  • Experience working with content management systems and digital experience platforms such as Wordpress and Acquia.
  • Experience of working in an Agency/marketing team environment and familiarity with the processes required to run a service-based business
  • Demonstrable experience of managing projects in an Agency or marketing function
  • Highly organised and comfortable with managing multiple tasks
  • A problem-solving and inquisitive mindset
  • Experience of working with project management, resourcing and reporting software
  • Ability to build productive, collaborative and respectful relationships with colleagues in Made and the Agencies, across all disciplines and seniority
  • Great communication skills; written, verbal, presentation
  • Very strong commercial awareness and acumen
