Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal team members and customers, including expectations around quality and on-time delivery and represents the business at project meetings with the customer.
- Establishes and maintains standard project documentation to ensure transparency of status against program requirements and customer demands
- Plans, monitors and ensures completion of all activities to ensure deadlines are met for deliverables on the contracted scope of work.
- Resolves project issues and assists to resolve resource constraints and any internal conflict within allowable project timeframes
- Provide status updates to key team members on project requirements including schedules, time-lines and critical issues
- Ensures customer satisfaction by managing expectations, trouble shooting and providing accurate and timely reports, updates and financial forecasts including preparing any amendments to scope or budget in a timely manner
- Submit all vendor documentation (including engineering drawings and data, performance test data, statutory and regulatory information) as required by the project scope and on-time to the customer
- Evaluates project results against stated objectives and determines corrective action.
- Participates in practical process improvement (PPI) projects and activities, using Root-Cause Counter-Measure (RCCM) tools to evaluate gaps or misses in performance and establish sustainable corrective and preventative actions
- At all times protect the safety and wellbeing of self and all others in the workplace by adhering to company and individual site policies/practices
