ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
Our well established and reputable client are Newcastle based with projects spanning across Australia & New Zealand. Due to company growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work alongside the company Directors, to manage the delivery of multiple solar projects.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum two years Project Management experience.
- Previous experience working on Solar Farms or Tier 1 civil roadwork projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to motivate and provide direction to team members providing a positive working culture.
Responsibilities:
As the Project Manager, you will report into the Director. Helping to deliver piling works for the construction of Solar Farms, on time and within budget.
Some duties include (but not limited to):
- Develop project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Create schedules for piling and mechanical works ensuring alignment with overall project deadlines.
- Develop project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and project team members to provide updates on project progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and safety standards.
