WHY IS THIS ROLE IMPORTANT:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the day to day creative process of the in-house creative team and accountable for overseeing workflow and ensuring successful end to end execution. The successful candidate will be a hyper organized, meticulous lover of organization with a proven track record of project management and a real appreciation for how the right process supports creative success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Act as project manager for creative team. Manage all project inputs and act as gatekeeper for all content. Ensure timelines are realistic and processes are being followed.
  • Manage JIRA and Work front requests (content/project management tool) for creative team.
  • Proactively identify and lead continual integration of Work front throughout creative processes
  • Create content for IB leadership meetings, gather information from the vendor scorecard, identify priority vendors and financial results per period
  • Ensure internal teams receive the direction and support needed to deliver successful work
  • Lead daily team meetings to ensure team members are providing proper updates/conversion stages and meeting timelines for weekly reporting
  • Manage review of creative with legal and organization on all supporting documentation
  • Support the Business Development team (Domestic/Produce) on escalated vendors or vendor program issues
  • Building and leading diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

What you bring:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business, Marketing, Transport or equivalent. Strong preference for previous experience as a Project Manager.
  • Creative problem solver and strategic thinker with a strong work ethic. Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple projects effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills in order to effectively source information, obtain approvals, build relationships, and provide sufficient influence to achieve success.
  • Experience developing briefing documents, defining project goals and objectives, identifying project risks, developing project timelines and budgets, scheduling resources and managing multiple breakthroughs and deliverables.
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point and have a willingness to take on new programs and systems as needed.
  • Work front experience considered an asset
  • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent
