JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Project Manager Status: Full-Time
Department: Administration Reports to: General Manager of Maintenance
Location: Head Office Hours/Week: 37.5
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the general manager, the project manager plans, monitors, organizes, controls, and delivers in a timely manner on Capital Maintenance and Renewal (CMR) projects & ALDR process for insurance claims, losses, & damages. These projects support the strategic priority of Trinity Place Foundation by utilizing project management expertise to renew the TPFA project portfolio.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Project Management position ideally with a focus on building high rise residential structures (closely related experience would also be considered).
- PMP designation is an asset, P.Eng designation would be an asset but not required
