• Support the Project Director in project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
• Lead and mentor the project team, establishing guidelines and providing necessary supervision.
• Manage all aspects of the project from award to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Assist in preparing project progress reports, including Monthly Reports, VO Management, EOT Assessment, and Progress Updates.
• Monitor project schedules and manage daily operations, setting short and long-term goals, and coordinating with other contractors.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure contractual compliance and timely completion.
• Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and contractors, attending regular meetings to ensure project progress.
• Supervise site labor and subcontractors, resolving any construction challenges.
• Oversee quality control and safety on-site, ensuring adherence to Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) practices and identifying high-risk activities.
• Maintain workplace safety as per the WSH Act.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
