JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager oversees various projects within the Prepaid Services organization, ensuring they are successfully implemented and operationally ready. They manage both general and systems-related projects, leading multiple medium to large projects simultaneously. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully, on time. Additionally, the Project Manager serves as a liaison between departments, analyzes project data, and makes recommendations based on findings.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Three to five years of experience in project management activities.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, with an understanding of operational readiness.
- Knowledge of Prepaid Services
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and analyze data with consideration for operational impact.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including conveying requirements.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate, negotiate, identify risks, and lead implementation of assigned projects, ensuring operational readiness.
- Responsible for creating, managing, and updating project plans for medium to large projects.
- Serves as a liaison and builds relationships with key project stakeholders among different groups within and outside of the bank.
- Advocate for clients and stakeholders throughout the implementation process, ensuring their operational needs are met.
- Host regular status update meetings with clients and stakeholder representatives.
- Project work may include technical integrations with external clients.
THE ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN-OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE THE OFFICE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS.
