Your opportunity
The Project Manager Wastewater Treatment Plant Strategy will work independently to lead and oversee the planning, procurement, design, and construction of upgrades to wastewater treatment plants on Redlands Coast. This role focuses on successfully completing strategic planning, negotiating with environmental regulators, and obtaining necessary approvals for the proposed upgrades. The Project Manager will take a holistic view of the program, ensuring that all projects are professionally managed and coordinated in alignment with the organisation’s defined priorities.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW WHO:

Has strong leadership and management skills with extensive experience in planning, designing, and delivering wastewater treatment plants in a regulated environment.
Can work independently and as a team leader, meeting strict deadlines on infrastructure projects with demonstrated effectiveness in managing external contractors and teams of consultants within time and budget constraints.
Has exceptional problem-solving and research/analytical skills, with the ability to obtain, interpret, and communicate complex technical information and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Can use their outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, to achieve optimal outcomes.
