Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Project Initiation:
  • Prepare and submit Estimates.
  • Site visit as required.
  • Contract Review.
  • Learn and utilize Titan estimating programs.
  • Learn and utilize Titan project management programs.
  • Project Planning:
  • Review all project files and start up package for field supervisors, procurement and CSO.
  • Project Briefing with assigned supervisor.
  • Organize crews, tracking and maintenance of equipment inventory.
  • Liaison with project client and ensure all parties have a clear understanding of deliverables.
  • Retrieving and consolidating information from various sources as needed.
  • Update scheduling programs on daily basis.
  • Execution:
  • Provide field support as needed.
  • Coordination of internal resources to successfully achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure QAQC and Safety documents are being completed and is submitted on a timely fashion.
  • Regular communication with the site supervisor for site activity updates.
  • Monitoring and Control:
  • Change order management.
  • Reporting to National Operations Manager and Regional Manager of project status (Cost, Schedule, and Quality).
  • Ensure daily reports are completed and archived into the project file.
  • Productivity tracking and reporting.
  • Project Close-out:
  • Project Invoicing.
  • Ensuring all facets of project closeout are completed, including archiving documents, maintenance and warranty manuals, deficiencies and warranty work.
  • Debrief assigned field supervisor and summarize all project notes for the close-out package.
  • Deliver Close out package to the original estimator and operations manager in a timely fashion.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of project HSE and quality plans and provide proactive leadership.
  • Promotion and Implementation of project management process standardization (I.e., project management software’s, bid procedures, contract review) as directed by the National Operations manager.
  • Support and training for regional PM’s as required.
  • Continual education on current and new products.
    Other duties as assigned by Sr. Project Manager/Regional Manager/Vice-President.
