The Kilroy Group is looking for a creative, proactive, and structured Project Manager with a strong passion and interest in tech trends and significant Scrum Master experience.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Project Manager who will elevate our platforms to new heights. In the Kilroy Group, you will collaborate with a robust and passionate tech team to build platforms that significantly influence our customers’ global exploration. You will spearhead projects alongside stakeholders, focusing on implementing enhancements and crafting new features for our platforms. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in shaping the overall tech strategy of the Kilroy Group, aligning it with agile methodologies as a seasoned Scrum Master.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Management: Oversee the development and enhancement of platforms, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
• Agile Leadership: Utilize your Scrum Master expertise to facilitate and optimize agile project cycles, improve team dynamics, and ensure effective sprint executions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as key between developers, designers, and business units, spearheading product innovation and platform optimization.
• Integration and Synergy: Ensure cohesive integration across various platforms while maximizing cross-brand synergies.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead ongoing process improvements, adapting agile methodologies to suit project needs and team growth.
