Description:

We’re seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and oversee our contractual projects, driving impactful public outreach and engagement initiatives. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead and oversee the Company’s contractual projects, including public outreach programmes and engagement initiatives with various stakeholders, including but not limited to government agencies and private organisations
  • Fulfil all project requirements and deliverables, and prepare necessary administrative documentation as per contractual specifications
  • Manage and facilitate all enquires, bookings and registrations, including handling rescheduling and cancellations effectively
  • Coordinate all manpower resources required (e.g. tour guides, facilitators) for the execution of programmes and project deliverables
  • Oversee coach deployment and manage all other logistics and equipment (e.g. laptops, guiding equipment, souvenirs)
  • Coordinate all marketing and outreach efforts to promote programmes effectively
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with third-party stakeholders, vendors and suppliers
  • Assist in development and implementation of new tours and programmes when required
  • Plan, organise and deliver training sessions for all project personnel as required
  • Monitor and manage feedback collection processes, ensuring an optimum feedback collection rate and collation of all feedback data for comprehensive reporting
  • Prepare and compile weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to management team and stakeholders
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Visually presentable and speaks in a pleasant manner
  • Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
  • Driven and personable
  • Prior experience in managing contractual projects, coordinating with government agencies is a plus
