    Our client is a Major Civil Construction Contractor who is award winning across a variety of projects including residential and industrial subdivisions, Roadworks and council jobs alongside a supportive and experienced team who are committed to your growth and development. They are seeking a keen Project Manager lead and deliver a number of their projects across the Northern NSW Coast.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Tertiary qualification or certification in Engineering (Civil) or construction related fields.
  • 3 years plus experience in Civil Construction, ideally subdivision delivery.
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Construction White Card
  • Good stakeholders engagement and management skills.
  • Compliance minded individual who can articulate requirements.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
  • Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
  • Cost management and reporting
  • Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
  • Quality Assurance, including organising testing, ITPs, submissions
  • Delivering Progress reports to the Construction Manager
  • Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors and adhering to compliance requirements
