ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an opportunity to join a new PMO from its establishment. We are looking for self-motivated and proactive team players who think creatively and look for solutions to complex issues. Working in the PMO will offer high profile, cross-agency exposure. You will develop comprehensive skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, whole-of-government frameworks and Cabinet processes. You will work with entities from across the Commonwealth to increase awareness of and build capability of entities ERP capabilities using technology solutions that best meet their needs.
Responsibilities may include (under supervision):
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships within the team and supporting stakeholder relationships.
- Providing administrative support to team leaders and the wider team for stakeholder queries, recruitment, onboarding of staff, procurement activities and team communications.
- Supporting development, maintenance and filing of project documentation.
