Responsibilities:
As our Project Officer, you’ll be at the heart of Creative Workplaces initiatives, making sure everything runs like clockwork. Here’s how your day will look like:
- You’ll be the go-to person. From scheduling and planning to keeping everyone on track with deadlines and priorities
- You’ll handle travel arrangements and coordinate the logistics for meetings, events and workshops, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- You’ll assist in drafting briefing, reports and other communication materials that make our strategic efforts shine
- You’ll keep our stakeholders informed and engaged by managing the shared inbox, capturing key information and ensuring every inquiry gets addressed
- You’ll be actively contributing to research around issues related to pay, safety and wellbeing in the arts and entertainment sector
- You’ll support the creation of a monitoring and evaluation framework to measure progress and showcase the impact of our initiatives
