Description:

PROJECT OFFICER

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Project Officer to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be based onsite in Dandenong, working full-time to support and drive various HR projects and initiatives.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in project management, preferably in a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech-savvy individual with proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Confidence to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Chief People Officer to plan, execute, and manage HR projects within specified timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and data interpretation to inform project decisions and strategies.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor progress to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Identify risks and issues impacting project delivery and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Support change management efforts related to HR initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
