About the Role:The role of the AO4 Project Officer is to:

  • Edit and proofread digital and print materials for accuracy, consistency and adherence to departmental style guides.
  • Contribute to the development of quality assurance standards and the ongoing evaluation of editorial, proofreading and e-publishing services.
  • Undertake operational tasks that support the delivery of departmental initiatives.
  • Use effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks, liaise with stakeholders and meet deadlines while maintaining a high quality.
