Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Degree or Diploma in a mechanical and/or electrical engineering field
Five years of related work experience
Knowledge of Building, Electrical, and Fire Codes, HVAC controls, and ASHRAE standards
Competency in mechanical/electrical drafting, and an understanding of institutional building technology and related building codes and by-laws
Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Word, Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD
Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
A valid driver’s licence and use of a personal vehicle
This is a full time (1.0 FTE) permanent position with a salary range of $81,639 - $88,555. The anticipated start date of this position will be as soon as the recruitment process is complete. A comprehensive employee benefits and pension package is provided.
