Responsibilities:
The Project Officer is responsible for administering the delivery of the NAPLAN program in NSW, and providing support to schools, parents and school sector representatives.
On a day-to-day basis this role involves coordinating and administering various NAPLAN projects which are required to deliver the NAPLAN testing program in NSW schools. It includes providing guidance to administrative and helpdesk staff for smooth NAPLAN test administration, developing and updating administrative processes and policies to comply with agency standards, and ensuring accurate information maintenance in databases. The position also entails creating written communications for internal and external audiences and addressing complex and sensitive enquiries promptly. High-level support is provided to a diverse range of stakeholders, including school sector representatives, schools, and parents, regarding NAPLAN tests and results.
