Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Social Sciences, or other related courses.
Training on community organizing/community development, program/project management, participatory rapid appraisal, children’s rights, child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA), child protection, gender sensitivity; gender and development.
Three years of experience in implementing child protection programs, particularly doing research, planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating child protection programs.
Good command of verbal and written communication skills and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds.
A team player with integrity and transparency; proactive and gender sensitive.
Applicants must be based in the Philippines and Filipino nationals.
Location: City of Manila
Type of Role: Project-based (until October 2026)
Reports to: Project Manager
This role requires fieldwork to the project area.
