OUR CLIENT IS A EUROPE MNC, ONE OF THE LEADING PLAYERS IN THE FREIGHT FORWARDING SECTOR. DUE TO BUSINESS NEEDS, THEY ARE NOW RECRUITING A PROJECT OPERATION SPECIALIST TO BE PART OF THEIR OPERATION TEAM FOR ONGOING TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE EAST - EASILY ASSESSIBLE.

The Project Operation Specialist’s responsibles are:

• Timely and accurate registration of shipments into the CW1 forwarding system.
• Update internal and external systems with precise shipment data.
• Ensure adherence to all security arrangements and procedures.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of all forwarding documents.
• Collaborate and monitor Permit Declaration activities with the permit declaration vendor.

• Coordinate customer booking requests at both origin and destination through call forwarding.Proactively follow up, coordinate, and communicate shipment information with stakeholders, including subcontractors, shipping lines, shipping agents, freight forwarders, customers, and overseas offices.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma and above
• Min 1 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding/ shipping industry

• Familiar with Microsoft ExcelExperience in custom declaration (Import & Export)
