Responsibilities:

Audible is seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our UK Content team and contribute to the production and delivery of a specific project across various content streams. The Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in facilitating and overseeing one of our flagship projects. They will orchestrate collaboration among in-house teams, third-party producers, and key stakeholders working across various project areas. Additionally, they will contribute to streamlining production processes, optimizing tracking systems, and establishing best practices to ensure the project’s success.
This position is an 18 month fixed-term contract.

As a Project Operations Coordinator, you will…

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Content team leadership
  • Serve as a key point of contact for project updates, coordination, and processes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with the project manager to develop clear plans, systems, and processes to drive production teams and ensure timelines are met
  • Assist in updating reporting and tracking tools, and guide users through these tools
  • Coordinate logistics for on-mic and off-mic talent, and third-party producers
  • Onboard freelance producers, agents, directors, talent, and production companies
  • Support the production team by managing files, scripts, contracts, payment information, and troubleshooting issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, production, legal, merchandising, marketing, etc.) on production administration, queries, promotional activities, and utilization of in-house resources
