Responsibilities:
- Provide support, training and coaching on project operations best practices to Job Leaders and Project Directors to keep projects on track and escalate, as appropriate, when risks are perceived
- Perform regular project reviews and provide a point of contact so a regular cycle of monthly checking, meeting and reporting is in place and observed by the teams
- Monitor project financial performance and act as liaison between project teams and finance
- Coordinate the setup of projects in accordance with business rules and ensuring contingencies, taxes and project management time have been accounted for in fee allocation
- Provide support and regular insight to Discipline Leaders to allow them to understand resource commitment and availability
- Hold close, trusted relationships with the engineering teams and wider support teams and make sure communication routes are open and conversation is regular in order that appropriate action can be taken as early as possible
