Job Title: Project Professional

Salary: £34,032 plus depending on skills and experience

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

• Understanding of the fundamentals of Project management
• Solid expertise working with Excel spreadsheets and the ability to assess data sets
• Administrative experience handling sensitive information while following data protection regulations

Desirable:

• Engineering background

• Taking the budget holder estimate to completion, you will process this in excel into a profile of manhours which is used as a resource demand signal to the business through the BRP (Business Resource Planning) process
• With support from the Resource Manager you will be reporting on progress to achieve our resource plan every month
• Coordinating with budget holders and functional leads (Project Management, Engineering Managers etc) to understand their resource needs
• Following the quarterly BRP (Business Resource Planning) process you will provide control account managers (budget holders/delivery leads) with realistic resource profiles in excel which can be used to forecast and plan delivery of their work
