Description:
PROFESSIONAL /CLINICAL
The purpose of the role is:
- To lead the Allocate Optima programme for the Mater Hospital Strategic Projects Programme ensuring that we are hitting our key milestones
- To ensure that we are getting the best from the provider in terms of support and guidance so that they reach their key milestones as laid out
- To coordinate and drive providers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, dates, and budget.
- To facilitate collaborative and effective working between the project team, Mater Hospital Executives, and the key stakeholders.
- To provide liaison at a senior level between Mater Hospital and its key stakeholders and to develop and manage effective partnerships to include the presentation of timely and accurate project status reports.
- To coordinate the project risk register and to ensure appropriate risk mitigation measures are put in place to manage project risks.
