Project Proposal Engineer (Sales Support Engineer)

The primary purpose of the job that we support European sales offices to achieve sales targets by providing complete proposals for control valves on our customer capital project inquiries and offering a complete ‘inquiry to order’ service.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

• Knowledge of Spanish language is preferred
• Sales or customer service-related experience is an advantage

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Provide complete technical and commercial solutions to our customers.
• Participate proposal kick-off conference call or face to face meeting with sales channel and/or customers to agree on technical solutions.
• Prepare complete package for order entry into business systems for order execution.
• Receive and process change order requests via the change order process.
• Follow up of the provided quotations.
• Maintain the record of working processes.
• Looking for continues improvement opportunities.
  Who You Are: You will support the European sales office to achieve targets and develop strategic to produce complete solutions!

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• Proficient level knowledge of English language.
• Minimum College Degree in Engineering (for example: Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical).
• At least 3 years engineering work experiences.
• We require customer focus behavior and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.
• You gain insight into customer need.
