The Role
The position, reporting to the Project Risk Manager of Snowy 2.0, will offer assistance in executing project risk management tasks throughout the project. This role entails collaborating closely with key stakeholders to facilitate the detection and handling of project risks. Specifically, it involves aiding in project risk reporting and governance activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the schedule of workstream risk review sessions.
  • Recording key outputs of meetings to ensure that updates are adequately captured.
  • Maintaining the project risk register to ensure it adequately reflects updates provided by each workstream.
  • Providing input to help assist risk based conversations.
  • Providing support in assisting with the update of project risk reporting including updating risk ratings, risk commentary, key controls and treatment plans to ensure alignment with the project risk register and workstream risk review sessions.
  • Providing support and application of the project risk assurance program.

You’ll Bring To The Team:
Ideally, you’ll hold a Bachelor’s degree, though relevant experience in a related field is also highly regarded. You should showcase a track record of independently spearheading and developing new initiatives, coupled with adeptness in simplifying intricate concepts and communicating proficiently with diverse stakeholders. Your expertise in Risk Management and associated frameworks and methodologies will be advantageous.
