Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Project Sales Support Manager, we are looking for someone who will interact with internal and external customers, supporting with the resolution to complex situations. This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step from Customer Service, or is looking for a career pathway into a Sales or Technical role.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Quotation and Project Management
  • Assess and analyse mechanical specifications prior to selecting equipment or providing options to the customer (internal or external)
  • Estimating and quoting mechanical services
  • Review commercial production schedule report to confirm and validate dates for Commercial quotations and order placement with a view to provide accurate and attainable completion dates for quote/project
  • Customer Care Support
  • Commercial Sales Support
  • Provide support to the Sales Accounts Executives with regards to updating planned delivery dates and/or probability for projects/quotes as needed or directed
  • VR and SQF Request Suppor

There are a few essential tools you will need under your belt to be successful in this role:

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literacy
  • Previous experience with an ERP (advantageous
