Project Scheduler - Oil and Gas/ Energy MNC (Contract - Tuas)

Salary: Up to SGD 4,500
Contract Period: 12 Months

Transportation: Pick Up to and fro Islandwide

• As Project Scheduler, you are part of the team to collaborate and deliver engineered drilling solutions and reservoir insight to maximize asset value.
• Creates project and inventory schedule and executes adjustments for projects as required by project manager or data
• Uses established processes to ensure proper cost records by performing routine maintenance on project and inventory schedules and provides recommendations for corrective actions when necessary.
• Updates and maintains the consolidated project master schedules, progress data and resource requirements.
• Works effectively as a team member by communicating clearly throughout the lifetime of the project to provide administrative support.
• Takes the initiative to go beyond what situations require and focuses on attention to detail by making sure that work is done correctly, completely, and to the highest standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates should have diploma or equivalent and minimum two years’ experience in administrative support, scheduling, project management or financial reporting systems.
