Description:
THE COMPANY
Our client is a global technology/infrastructure organization that is listed on the NASDAQ with operations in over 50 countries. Having successfully won tenders for multiple large commercial projects, the organisation is establishing a subsidiary in Melbourne that will oversee its Australian operations. The local turnover is estimated to be around $100M-$200M per annum.
Due to the immense size and complex nature of local projects, the business is looking for a talented project scheduler/planner to work with various senior stakeholders and the PMO team to keep the business on track.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex project schedules which total over 15,000 lines of data with multiple subdomains and categorisations
- Effectively breakdown project tasks into practical, trackable, and presentable components
- Present and manage milestone reporting with tools such as Project Online, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Oversee project planning and coordination via Primavera P6
- Coordinate planning efforts between departments and international teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate closely with other planners to consolidate project schedules and track progress
- Conduct basic analysis to identify critical tasks and assess project delays
