About the Role
You will work with an established team of service specialists and will be responsible for effectively managing all forms of customer inquiries including the processing of orders and preparation of quotations and all other Customer Service duties. This position is based at our Coopers Plains office and reports to the Projects Team Leader for Civil Distributors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end management of selected projects both externally with selected customer groups and internally within Vinidex.
  • Management of selected key accounts including quotes, phone and email queries and end to end customer order management.
  • Provide pricing and quotations for all customers in a timely manner whilst working closely with the sales Territory Managers.
  • Liaise with the complete Supply Chain, including manufacturing, purchasing and distribution for the supply and delivery of product for customer requirements.
  • Enhance the overall Customer Experience for key accounts by comprehensively understanding their expectations and requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and service levels for our customers.
  • Effectively build and maintain strong internal and external working relationships.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years in similar customer service role
  • Understanding all facets of purchasing, manufacturing, distribution and supply chain is desirable
  • Experience in estimating or project management is highly desirable
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to problem solve
  • Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously in a timely matter
  • Demonstrated experience using computer systems, specifically CRM & MS Office
