Description:
The post-holder will successfully manage a range of projects and service improvement initiatives across the School. . Reporting to the Head of TLSE they will review all processes in the School TLSE teams to ensure best practice is implemented by working in collaboration with teams and the other appointed Project & Service Improvement Officers.
The appointed role-holder will be expected to develop effective processes and look for service improvements. They will also work in close partnership with Academic Teaching & Learning Leads to understand support needs in delivering teaching and a strong student experience. It is also expected that the candidate will cover for PS Managers when required during absences, busy periods and via identified special projects.
The candidate will ideally have a strong understanding of Teaching, Learning & Student Experience processes. They should also have experience in delivering projects and driving forward service improvement across a large area.
