ABOUT THE COMPANY:

The company started with civil engineering contracts and progressively expanded into addition and alteration, demolition, civil engineering, and general building works.
The company also has vast experience in construction of driving circuit for heavy vehicles, drainage and sewerage works, pipe laying and roadworks, as well as general building for both public and private projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hold a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the civil engineering industry would be advantageous.
• No experience candidate is welcomed.
• Exhibit strong communication skills.
• Have relevant on-site experience.
• Capable of writing and understanding engineering reports.
• Possess excellent problem-solving abilities.Can work effectively under pressure and take initiative.

• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
• Managing the work activities for the group of Sub-Contractors, supervisor and workers
• Ensure that all legal requirements under the Singapore laws are complied with
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirementsMaintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
