• Communicate effectively in French with clients to understand their migration requirements and provide necessary assistance.
• Coordinate and manage the migration process for VoIP services, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption for clients.
• Follow up on migration activities, closely monitoring progress and promptly resolving any issues or roadblocks.
• Provide regular status updates and reports on migration progress to the team and clients.
