Project / Tender Coordinator (M&E Construction)

TENDER:

• Assist to monitor the overall performance of the tender process to obtain maximum efficiency, quality and service
• Assist to analyze and evaluate tender documents from technical point of view to identify risk factors, ensuring technical compliance with the relevant standards and requirements
• Assist to prepare project cost estimates in terms of the required material as per requirements, this includes all systems, products and services to the client specifications/requirements for management review and approval
• Preparing and developing technical presentations
• Management of Pre and Post Tender documentations & clarifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Posses a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Mechanical & Electrical Engineering sector within the construction industry.
• Experience in solar engineering and fire protection systems is an added advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
• Capable of working independently with minimal guidance and able to meet tight schedules under pressure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
