We are excited to announce that we are seeking two dedicated trainees; Project Management Trainee and Communications and Engagement Trainee to join our ambitious multi-year People Transformation Program. This is a unique 6-month fixed-term opportunity, with the flexibility of part-time or full-time engagement, tailored to accommodate the successful applicants’ ongoing studies.
Ideal candidates will be current higher education students eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment. The positions are based in Espoo, offering a vibrant and stimulating work setting.
As a trainee, you will be an integral part of a cross-unit transformation team, actively participating in our ambitious program. You will report directly to the Program Transformation Team within the Employee Services unit of Nokia Business Services organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a meaningful impact on our transformation journey.

• Create and enhance internal communication channels.
• Ensure effective project communication and employee engagement activities.
• Actively contribute to transformation and project management initiatives.
• Craft messages, enhance presentations, coordinate announcements, manage communication channels, etc
