POSITION TITLE: Projects and Compliance Manager
DEPARTMENT: Administration
REPORTS TO: Chief Programs Officer
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
PAY RATE: $68,000 - $75,000 per year
WORK SCHEDULE: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some off work hours (early-morning, evening, weekends).

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Projects and Compliance Manager oversees major projects for the Chief Program Officer. In this role the Projects and Compliance Manager audits project performance, ensures programs that are being rolled out are on schedule and within compliance standards, and identifies program and project shortfalls for leadership.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Work, or experience in related area.
- 5+ years management experience in compliance, business administration, human resources, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and manages Agency projects.
- Manages timelines to ensure the CCIMS project remains on time and within its programmatic scope.
- Works with Department and Program leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures for the programs to ensure they meet CCIMS compliance standards.
- Works with the programs to develop training manuals to ensure team members know how to use CCIMS for intake and other programmatic needs.
- Identifies and sets CCIMS project standards and parameters for the staff and for our vender.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to agency management and staff regarding CCIMS.
- Identifies and defines training needs, and ensures appropriate CCIMS training is provided.
- Coordinates program audit processes and provides quarterly, and annual review results on CCIMS usage.
- Audits and updates system manuals, policies, and procedures for adherence to CCIMS compliance standards.
- Identifies and analyzes CCIMS issues, structure, policies, and procedures throughout the agency and assists in facilitating solutions.
- Assists in the maintenance of agency compliance with federal, state, local, and programmatic laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies regarding CCIMS.
- Establishes CCIMS program protocols.
