Description:
As a Projects & Asset Delivery Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Support the development and delivery of Chisholm’s programs of capital works and backlog maintenance (current and future)
- Manage strategic planning and procurement activities
- Perform commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants and authorities within established limits of authority
- Support and assist in championing asset management values and a whole-of-life approach for assets throughout the business
- Collaborate with the project team and support project delivery of externally managed capital works (eg Tech Schools, Defence facilities)
- Provide out-of-hours support to project delivery
- Develop effective relationships and collaborative working styles with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:
You will have a relevant tertiary qualification, postgraduate qualification and experience in Engineering, Construction or Project Management or similar, or extensive management and leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant management and leadership experience and/or education or training.
