Description:

Just a kitchen, some might think. But at Magnet Projects, part of the Nobia Group, we recognise its deeper essence. It’s more than a space - it’s the very soul of a home where mornings are greeted, and evenings wind down. It is the place where we connect and unite, share love and memories, recharge and make new ideas come to life. Kitchens set the stage for the stories of tomorrow. Join us in our mission of Designing Kitchens for Life!
Salary - £26,000 - £30,000

YOUR SKILLSET FOR PERFORMANCE:

  • A proven ability in delivering winning product or services opportunities and ideally a background in solution selling and experience of bid management from opportunity identification through to project delivery.
  • The ability to provide valuable input into value proposition development, opportunity qualification, win strategy, commercial discussions, and solution delivery.
  • Being an excellent communicator you’ll be comfortable working with people at all levels (internal and external).
  • Will be fully conversant with the competitive marketplace. Sound commercial understanding and profit and loss experience coupled with risk management skills.
  • Have the ability to manage complex, multi-workstream opportunities. Solid understanding and management of internal governance procedures.
Even if you don’t fit the full list, don’t be discouraged and we still encourage you to consider your application. In our recruitment process we’ll decide whether there’re enough similarities between your skills and aspirations and the skills and competences required for the role.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Greater Picture: At Nobia, we’re not just designing kitchens; we’re building connections. This role is integral to our journey. As a Bid Co-ordinator reporting into our Commercial & Key Account Manager, you will prepare and submit winning bids for significantly sized contract kitchen orders, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process.
You’ll manage contract sales opportunities from initial identification through to the contract renewal strategy. Creating written proposals, they will have clear content and engaging presentation. You’ll also prepare and review commercial aspects of the bid, to ensure our service proposal is clear and compelling, alongside tracking and managing any risks throughout the bid process.
Working with key stakeholders across a variety of departments you will coordinate and input relevant data to the bid proposals.
You’ll drive continuous improvement through post bid evaluation internally and with customers and measure and monitor bid success rate.

We genuinely want your role within Nobia to be exciting, inspiring and rewarding. We offer you a fast-paced but balanced environment with opportunities for growth, whether that’s vertical or horizontal, and where your voice is heard. You’ll quickly notice how much we value team collaboration, transparency, fun while working and we focus on being an inclusive and great place to work. We are a team that brings our heart to work. And our commitment to quality means working here isn’t just better for you - it’s better for life! Your journey at Nobia also comes with a range of brilliant benefits, like:

  • Personal development plan, access to tools and platforms
  • A generous discount on our kitchen product
