Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division. Our delivery of high-quality work within the Oil and Gas sector has earnt us a solid reputation and enviable relationships with some of the industry’s leading operators.
Our Energy division is seeking two Project Coordinators. This role will be based in our client’s office in the Perth CBD with varied offshore travel required throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership and accountability for Project scope preparation and execution.
  • Early and continued participation in Work Pack Readiness Reviews within Plan Entry Compliance.
  • Review and walk down of work packs on site.
  • Review of Work Pack associated documents.
  • Work with Onshore Coordinators to review IAP against work order dates.
  • Provide manpower resourcing review on future scopes and mini plans.
  • Locate, receive and inspect materials.
  • Review and implement preservation for equipment as required.
  • Confirm equipment certification as required.
  • Develop all required RA’s and PTW.
  • Review/walk lift plans with Service Crew.
  • Review HAZOP/HAZID provided.
  • Review for any previous Lessons Learnt.
  • Attend daily PTW meetings.
  • Actively drive HSE with team members – Stop work/5x5 cards.
  • Mentor/support team members with ISSOW requirements (including CSE and Hot Works).
  • Review and walk down equipment isolations with team members.
  • Prepare field Work Pack for onsite Team.
  • Provide clear instruction of Work Pack requirements and objective.
  • Supervise work force and provide Daily Pre-start meeting Toolbox talk.
  • Supervision of 3rd Party Contractors (Cameron’s, Safehouse, BH, Kaefer etc)
  • Review and signing of all ITR/FTRs.
  • Liaise with other disciplines as required throughout Work Scope.
  • Management and Supervision of Vendors, including Vendor timesheet review and signing.
  • Responsible for ensuring Vendor provided a signed report prior to departing the facility.
  • Liaise with Vendor for Mob/De-mob and arrange with Travel Coord.
  • Provide written Daily Reports and attend all required meetings.
