EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
- Min 3 years’ experience in project management – manufacturing environment.
- Experience in rubber and PE foam extrusion a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- AutoCad proficiency
- Proficiency in MS Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Requires excellent project management skills.
- Process Engineering experience a plus.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develops project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans; conferring with the Engineering Manager.
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements.
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Manufacturing support, Process improvements, Kaizan type events etc.
- Tool and Die design (3D CAD)
- Work with and Support the Maintenance Department with Technical issues and Small Projects.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, safety rules and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Will be required to perform all other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
