JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in F&B or retail.
  • Hold a good degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building, Facilities.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in dealing with developers and contractors.
  • Advantageous to have experience in restaurant design and construction, with a fundamental understanding of various building trades. (Architecture, mechanical/electrical, & civil engineering).
  • Demonstrates maturity, dependability, and a consumer-oriented & brand focus with a keen eye for details.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering effective interaction across all levels with a friendly, authentic, and fun demeanour.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, showcasing proficiency in time management and consistently meeting deadlines well ahead of time.
