Savanna is currently seeking an experienced Projects Manager to join the Savanna Team to lead our Projects Team with getting our Rigs ready to go out to the field in a timely manner.

Project Planning:

• Develop project plans, goals, and budgets; identify resources needed.
• Develop schedules and methods for measuring results.
• Guide and perform strategic analysis for the project.

Project Execution:

• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
• Manage project staff, including project coordinators and other team members.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to project team members.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary contact for project-related issues and resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Monitor and report on project progress and performance.

• Ensure project results meet quality standards and client expectations.
