Property Accountant

An industry leader in management and real estate operations is looking for a property accountant to handle their financial assets that they acquire.
This individual must have an accounting degree with sharp excel knowledge and will be working out of Yardi. They will be handling about 5 assets and working on budgets, audits, forecasting and sending out monthly financials to investors. You will be reporting to the four assistant controllers.
