SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Being an integral member of our team, you will have the responsibility for the efficient and streamlined running of the business unit and the processing of financial information. You will assist the General Manager, Development Managers and Project Delivery Director with project specific reports and undertake other assigned tasks. You are energetic, keen to learn and develop, enjoy working in a team environment and won’t be afraid to take ownership of your work. A Diploma in Business Administration which covers basic accounting would be an advantage.
Additionally, we will be looking for the following attributes from candidates:
- Previous experience in a financial administrative position
- Strong focus on a high level of customer service
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel, and knowledge of Microsoft AX and SharePoint programs is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, efficient and proactive whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy
- A team player always looking for opportunities for business improvement
Responsibilities:
As the Property Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Property Team. You will have a ‘can do’ attitude working across the teams to ensure process are followed, consistency of information and adding value to the efficient running of the business unit. You will accurately process financial and project information and provide general administrative support for the Development and Property Teams.
