A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and passionate person to join our busy team in our Perth office.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the National Corporate Services Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Monitor lease expiry dates and ensure any lease expiry dates are actioned as required.
- Negotiate lease renewals and rent increases/reductions in accordance with the rental market.
- Handle lease-related inquiries and resolve tenant disputes or issues.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants; addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage access notices and collaborate with maintenance staff and contractors to schedule
property inspections, repairs, and maintenance
- Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and other financial transactions related to property management.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative materials as required.Support property team with administrative tasks, scheduling, meeting coordination and other activities as directed
