Description:

We are seeking a Bilingual Property Administrator for our Real Estate & Property industry base in Lawrence, Massachusetts. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and involves duties similar to an assistant property manager or Recertification Specialist. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment undeterred by high volume/traffic office and will have general office type experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform duties akin to an assistant property manager
Work on recertification packets and provide assistance to households
Maintain property inspections and management activities
Liaise with property management companies for smooth operations
Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage high volume office traffic
Communicate effectively with diverse client groups, including Spanish-speaking households
Participate in training on specific functions as required
Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations in all operations
Use relevant software and systems for efficient property management
Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.

Schedule is Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm

  • Should possess a degree or equivalent experience in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience in property administration or a similar role is highly desirable
  • An in-depth understanding of property management and its financial aspects
  • Proficient in property management software and other relevant computer applications
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, staff, and management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple properties
  • A keen eye for detail, particularly in conducting property inspections and reporting any issues
  • Ability to keep up with property market trends and best practices
  • Proficient in drafting and managing contracts related to property management
  • Must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism to handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs and demands of the property management industry
  • Willingness to travel for property inspections and meetings when required.
